SHNU: On November 18, Vice President Li Hexing cordially received a delegation from Towson University headed by its Vice President Dr. Lv Chao. The two sides discussed the agreement reached earlier and attempted to promote further cooperation, especially in such areas as conducting cooperative academic researches and jointly training postgraduates in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
