Approved by China’s National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science, the Program of Fan Jingzhong, Professor of SHNU College of Fine Arts, was awarded the research fund of RMB110, 000Yuan, the 2nd of its kind in SHNU. In all, 28 programs out of 348 stood out from others as winning the national fund.
Founded in 2004, the National Fund of Philosophy and Social Science aims at encouraging more scholars of social science to engage in fundamental disciplines, which now includes the 8 fields of Chinese history, world history, Chinese literature, foreign literature, philosophy, religion, linguistics and archaeology.
