SHNU team carried off with the champion group prize in Norway Culinary Seafood Competition, Shanghai Region, and thus won the ticket to the national final on behalf of universities in Shanghai.
Each team is required to conjure 6 courses of meal within 2 hours. Sponsored by Norwegian Embassy in Shanghai and Norwegian Seafood Bureau of Foreign Trade, the contest involves 7 regions across China, the first prize winner of each is to enter for the final. |
