SHNU: News came that the competition team of SHNU won the second prize in the 2010 China Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling (CUMCM), after they got the first prize in Shanghai competition zone last month. The three students are Zhoukang, Yu Shuncheng and Zhangjie, all undergraduates from Mathematics and Science College of SHNU. Hosted by China Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics, CUMCM is considered as the most influential event held annually for university students of China. |
