SHNU: The SHNU ethnic minority students of Hui, Uyghur, and Kazakhstan nationalities had a reunion to celebrate Corban Festival on Fengxian Campus on Nov. 17th.
Huang Gang, Vice SHNU President, made a gracious speech and wished that this celebration would bring warmth to these minority students. The students’ representative also expressed their gratitude to SHNU for the loving care they received.
Folk songs and dances were followed by a sumptuous supper.
Corban festival is a grand day commonly celebrated by China’s such ethnic minorities as Hui, Uyghur, Kazakhsta, and uzbek etc.
