SHNU: The program of 2010 Shanghai Shadow Training of Middle and Primary School Presidents kicked off on November 6th.
76 middle and primary school presidents from Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Ningxia, Xinjiang, and some those from Shanghai Branch of China Mobile, and Shanghai Municipal Education Commission attended the opening session.
The program covers three phases. Phase one, a two-day intensive training at SHNU Teacher Training Center listening to professional reports on education management concepts; phase two, a ten-day shadow training at 14 SHNU partner schools to personally experience how education system and policies are implemented; phase three, a one-day sum-up session for trainees to share their training experience.
