SHNU: On October 25, Wang Xiping, Vice Secretary of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and Director of Shanghai Student Affairs Center, delivered a lecture on the employment situation and policy to over 200 SHNU graduate students.
This lecture was a prelude to the serial activities of employment promotion initiated by Department of Graduate Student Affairs of SHNU. Wang expounded on the employment situation in Shanghai this year, and gave valuable advice to the graduate students on how to find a job that can realize their own value and in the meantime gear to the needs of society.
It is said that the Department of Graduate Student Affairs has set up 6 bases providing internship and employment training for graduate students. Besides, a campus job fair is to be held next month to offer more job opportunities.
