SHNU Student Awarded in the 8th ECNU-ACC Cup China-Australia Friendship English Contest

    SHNU: SHNU Student Zhang Yunjing from the Foreign Languages College won the second prize in the 8th 21st Century•ECNU-ACC Cup China-Australia Friendship English Contest that was held in East China Normal University on October 24. 
   
    The SHNU Foreign Languages College attached great importance to the contest. It assigned tutors to coach its competitors and the competing team was headed by Jin Hui, Vice Dean of the College. After three rounds of fierce competition, Zhang Yunjing got the second prize among the competitors from nearly 20 institutions of higher education in east China.

    Originated in 2003, ECNU-ACC Cup China-Australia Friendship English Contest was organized by ECNU's Australian Studies Centre to promote friendship and understanding between Australia and China.
