SHNU: On October 16th, Lu Jianfe, SHNU Vice President, was invited to attend the Awarding Ceremony of 2011 US Student Quest Cup Paid Internship Star Contest and the Opening Ceremony of 2011 Program. SHNU contestants from College of Foreign Languages, College of Tourism, and College of Humanities and Communications, stood out in the competition.
The paid internship programs of 2011 was announced at the ceremony. Since 2009, SHNU has cooperated with Student Quest, and dozens of students have made way for the US to intern with salary. Students could take a short-tern internship in American enterprises to strengthen their English proficiency and experience local life and culture.
The program has been run for more than 40 years in Europe, ROK, Japan, Singapore, Russia, Malaysia, and Ukraine, etc.
