SHNU: On invitation of Pierre Clement Dubuisson, Belgian ambassador to South Korea, Huang Jiayan, SHNU teacher of Music College and Standing Conductor of Wangfang Youth Symphony Orchestra, attended the 2-week-long music festival and conducted for it.
Huang led the orchestra to hold 3 symphony concerts in ROK cities.
As the only musician from China, Huang acted as the liaison between the musical culture of Europe and Asia, which marks the international influence of SHNU in the field of music.
The melodies chosen to be performed weld the classics of both eastern and western musical essence.
