8,001 SHNU Expo Volunteers Sworn to the Post

      SHNU: On July 8th, an Expo Volunteers Oath-taking Rally was held on Xuhui campus, attended by directors from Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, Shanghai Youth League, and top leaders of SHNU.
      8,001 volunteers and over 2 thousand attendants swore for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, expressing their strong will to contribute to the Expo with zeal and youth.
     Zhou Honggang, SHNU Party Secretary, presented an inscribed seal produced by SHNU Qiushi Seal Cutting Association as a gift to the Expo Bureau. Li Jin, SHNU President and    Director of Volunteer Department of Expo Pavilions, unveiled the badge “the Proud One 8 Thousandth”, meaning “I am proud of being one of the 8 thousand volunteers in SHNU”.
