SHNU: The 60th Founding Anniversary of the Shanghai Women’s Union Association as well as the Singing Festival of Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan was held on June 24. 280 SHNU teachers and students made vocal accompaniment in the opening song The World Is Beautiful Because of Us—Song of Oriental Ladies. Leaders from Shanghai Women’s Union Association and Shanghai Municipal Education Commission met the performers after their performance.
