The other day, a conference on the revision of the 11th Edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11) was held in Hong Kong. Li Zhaoguo, professor of Foreign Languages College of SHNU, attended the conference as a member of the delegation of Chinese Government and one of the specially invited experts of WHO.
The revision work aims at bringing the Traditional Medicine (with Chinese medicine as its representative medicine) into ICD-11. Prof. Li would work for the terms of ICD-11.
Days later, Prof. Li took part in the inaugural meeting of the TC249 in Beijing.
