SHNU: On June 9th, a Zongzi (glutinous rice dumplings) producing contest was held in SHNU to celebrate the forthcoming traditional Chinese Dragon Boat Festival. 31 staff members from different SHNU colleges and departments vied for the prizes, including 4 males. Wang Lianhua, SHNU Vice Party Secretary and Vice President, highlighted the aim of strengthening traditional culture and building a harmonious campus. Each of the contestant strived to make the Zongzi of the best shape and ingenious styles, with the Special prizes won by a teacher succeeding in producing 11 Zongzis in 6 minutes.
