SHNU Foreign Languages College Students Volunteer to Serve Taxi Hotline

31 Mar 2010

SHNU: As the 2010 Shanghai World Expo draws close, 3,650 Volkswagan Tourans and 350 Buick Excelles have joined to bolster up the transportation capacity, and the corresponding call-center service has also been offered to those overseas guests who would take a taxi, but could not communicate with the driver in Chinese.
15 SHNU volunteers from Foreign Languages College have been picked up to act as the phone-answerer for whoever calls in a foreign language for a taxi.
These students include those who have succeeded in national entrance examination for postgraduate study.
