SHNU: On February 2, professors of liberal arts and of science were respectively invited to attend two meetings concerning the development of the university. SHNU authorities including Zhou Honggang, Li Jin, Huang Gang, Lu Jianfei, Li Hexing, Cong Yuhao and Yuan Wen were present. Experts and professors aired their views on such issues as the arrangement of disciplines, construction of discipline groups and key disciplines, application work for doctoral programs, development of teaching faculty against the background of educational globalization, etc. Zhou Honggang and Li Jin listened attentively to the advice and ideas of the professors, saying the university will try its best to solve problems in the development of SHNU.
