SHNU: On November 11th, a delegation of 3 led by Professor Satou, Vice President of Japan Hiroshima University, visited SHNU and was received by Lu Jianfei, Vice SHNU President.
This visit aimed to co-found with SHNU the Study Center of Culture and Education. Lu wished that it would enhance the communications between the two universities. An official agreement shall be dealt within this year, which will enable the function of the center in 2010. As one of a well-known national university, Hiroshima university ranked 10th in Japan.
