SHNU: On March 12th, the ICCS (International College of Chinese Studies) of SHNU and Alumni Association of Chinese in Malaysia held a press conference in Malaysia, which announced the opening of the first Chinese language class to train teachers of Chinese in Malaysia.
Directors of both the Malaysian Alumni Association of Chinese and the ICCS delivered their speeches.
Sponsored by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council of China, this program is planned for the teachers to study for 4 years before they can be conferred the B.A. diploma of Chinese Language. 60 Malysian teachers will receive training in their own country from the ICCS teachers in the May to come.
