SHNU: On December 14th, the 1st SHNU Model Interview Contest, as one of the series of Golden Sail Career Development Program, was drawn to an end on Xuhui Campus.
Started from early November, over 320 students submitted their resumes and 80 stood out for the second round. On December 7th, 8 HR experts interviewed one by one the candidates selected for the final.
Three parts were involved, self-introduction, wisdom and courage games, and face-to-face contact. The president of Middle School Attached to SHNU and General Manager of Shanghai Caohejing HR Service Co., Ltd., were among the judges.
Cosponsored by SHNU College of Finance, it aims at promoting the effects of directions for graduates, improving their interview skills and social competitiveness.
