SHNU: A national teaching seminar of cultivation of master of education was held in SHNU on November 18. Officials from Ministry of Education, Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and other relevant units were present. Over 50 experts from more than 30 units with programs of master of education attended the seminar. SHNU Vice President Cong Yuhao presided over the welcome ceremony.
SHNU President Zhang Minxuan expressed his warm welcome to the officials and experts and made a general introduction of the postgraduate education of SHNU. Zhu Muju from the Ministry of Education and Prof. Nie Youli from East China Normal University delivered lectures on the revision of compulsory education curriculum standard and history teaching in high schools.
During the communication speech period in the afternoon, the experts, in two groups, had a heated discussion about the approach, the existing problems and resolutions of the cultivation of education masters.
The aim of this conference is to discuss the challenges in the teaching practice and to improve the quality of cultivation of education masters.
