SHNU: On November 12th, the FLTRP (Foreign Language Teaching & Research Press) Cup National English Speech Contest for University Students Shanghai Region was held and Fang Qiao, an SHNU student from College of Foreign Studies carried off with the first prize.
Fang was selected as one of the candidates representing SHNU this September, and survived various preliminaries with the help of SHNU professors.
After almost 5 hours of heated competition, the top three candidates would gain the qualification ticket to Beijing for the national final this December.
