SHNU: On October 12th, Wen Mingli, Vice President of Taiwan Huafan University, paid a friendly visit to SHNU and was received by SHNU President Zhang Minxuan.
An interscholastic agreement was signed, signaling an initiation of friendly cooperation between the two universities. Both parties agreed upon such issues as teacher and students exchanges, and co-work in fields of electronic engineering and mechanic engineering. It is also proposed that an internship base should be established and regular scholar exchanges and students credit certification system should be practiced.
As one of the early private universities in Taiwan, Huafan features in mechanics and education of social sciences.
