SHNU: According to the official mail by CSC (China Scholarship Council), Bai Bin, an SHNU Doctor’s degree candidate, was approved to access the fund of National Excellence & Exchange Program (the main purpose of it is the exchange of talented Chinese and foreign students who would study or do research overseas for an academic year either during or after their studies in native country).
Bai would be granted the opportunity to study in Belgium for an academic year, and would be the first SHNU doctor’s degree candidate to receive the funds.
