SHNU: The 2011 English training program for English teachers in suburban Shanghai was held in SHNU. 106 teachers have accepted closed-end training from 8 American teachers for one month.
The students were divided into 7 classes and its courses included listening and speaking practice, English grammar, cultural exchanges on the geography, festivals, and wedding of both China and America. The foreign teachers and students also established close friendship and deepened mutual understanding during the training.
Up to now, the Shanghai Teacher Training Center of SHNU has held classes of such kind for ten consecutive summers.
