The Fifth Batch of SHNU Postgraduates to Teach in Guangxi Province

17 Jul 2011

SHNU: Recently, the fourth batch of postgraduates made a triumphant return after one year’s teaching mission in Tianyang, a state-designated poor county in Guangxi Province. The team was cordially received by SHNU Vice Party Secretary and Vice President Wang Lianhua.

Ever since the start of their task in August, 2010, the eight SHNU graduate students have made every effort to improve their job, from elaborate classroom teaching to wonderful school evening party, covering care for students from poverty-stricken families and appeal for support from the society.

Those students born in the 1980s and 1990s expressed their gratitude towards those who cared for and supported them, saying that the one-year experiences benefited them greatly. In fact, their outstanding performances have not only won praise from the schools where they have served, but also recognition from higher-level units.

The wonderful experiences of the seniors greatly inspired members of the fifth batch of students who are ready to set off this August. The new team has stated that they will live up to their mission and complete it successfully.
