SHNU: On June 10th, the 9th Working Meeting of Educational Aid to Developing Countries started in the city of Tianjin. Lu Jianfei, SHNU Vice President, attended the conference on invitation.
Addressed at the conference were such issues as the China Government Scholarship, the 20+20 cooperative education between Chinese and African universities, human resources training, and Chinese language promotion, etc.
The Director of Cooperation and Exchange Department of China Ministry of Education talked with Lu Jianfei, concerning the 20+20 plan, and the development of Confucius Institute.
