SHNU: Since the beginning of this semester, there has been 11 campus cultural festivals that involve over 10, 000 teachers and students. These include such items as looking for Shanghai senior leaders, displaying the works of calligraphy and exhibiting the productions of DV and photography. Many activities aiming at enhancing the students’ practical skills are also listed, namely business-starting, the contests of classic readings, recitals, and speeches, simulations of classroom teaching and court trial, and lectures by executives of well-known international companies, etc.
It is also noted that the 16th SHNU Festival of Science and Technology would be launched soon.
