SHNU: Good news came that 5 SHNU students were awarded in the final of the Second National Student Hand-writing Contest on Standard Chinese Characters organized by Languages and Words Applied Administration Department of the Ministry of Education.
The 5 SHNU students are Zhang Shu who won the third prize, and Xiao Kaiguo, Chen Hui, Hu Wenben, Jiang Ying who got Excellence Awards.
The Language Committee of SHNU has done a lot of work to promote its students’ hand-writing. Last year, 6 SHNU students were awarded first, second and third prizes in the contest of Shanghai competition area.
