SHNU: On February 26th, 2011, the Opening Ceremony Conference of National Key Project of Science Foundation was held in SHNU. SHNU President Li Jin， Director of Shanghai Planning Office of Social Sciences, and professors and scholars from various universities of China attended the report.
A brief introduction was made concerning the study emphases of the project, namely, the arrangements and study of a complete set of Notes during the Song Dynasty (A.D. 960-A.D. 1279), and different themes that would be included.
Suggestions were offered as regards the best possible way to attain the research goal effectively.
