SHNU: On January 7, 2011，SHNU working staff and retired staff of SHNU Federation of Ethnic Minorities (FEM) held a tea party. SHNU Vice Party Secretary Huang Gang attended the party and made a speech.
Huang approved of the work of SHNU FEM last year, and expressed new hopes and suggestions for this year.
