SHNU: Recently, Zhou Xiaolu, PHD candidate from SHNU School of Education won Prestigious ITC Scholarship conferred by International Testing Commission (ITC). The ITC is an association of national psychological associations, test commissions, publishers and other organizations committed to promoting effective testing and assessment policies and to the proper development, evaluation and uses of educational and psychological instruments.” (ITC Directory, 2001) The ITC scholarship awards prestigious young scholars aged 35 and below in the area of psychological and educational test in developing countries and regions. Dr. Zhou would be invited to join the 9th ITC conference held in Spain lasting from July 2nd to 5th this year. |
