SHNU Co-ed Program Approved by China Ministry of Education

SHNU: Recently, the program of Cooperation in Running Schools has been approved by China Ministry of Education, that is, the co-ed program between SHNU and Petrozavodsk State Academy of Music named after Alexander Glazunov, Russia. 40 students would be admitted in 2014.

Since 2010, cooperation has been carried out between SHNU College of Music and Petrozavodsk State Academy of Music. In the past 4 years, about 50 undergraduates study in Russia, and the first 22 students will graduate this June. This year, the approval of the program by Ministry of Education signals a new step for our international cooperation of arts majors of SHNU.
The Petrozavodsk State Academy of Music ranks the 3rd among the 13 state academies of its kind, boasting 12 Russian Honorable Artists and actors.
This program aims at developing international music talents of a broad vision and virtuoso skills of both music theories and concert performances.
