SHNU: Jointly held by SHNU College of Humanities and Communication, Business College and International Exchange Division, the training project for the “China-Africa 20+20 Cooperation Plan of Universities and Colleges” lasting 6 days concluded on Dec. 21. The 16 trainees included 8 teachers and 8 students from different academic background, and 11 of them took part in the training of Chinese Culture and Sino-African Relations and 5 participated in the training of Chinese Financial Market. The training consisted of two parts: English lectures and field trip. As one of universities included in the China-Africa 20+20 Cooperation Plan of Universities and Colleges, SHNU has conducted cooperation and exchanges with the University of Botswana from 2010-2013 in such fields as African Study, Ecotourism Study, Mathematics Education Study, Anti-AIDS Healthy Foods/Drug Study, Chinese textbooks development projects in South Africa, training projects in Chinese trade market and Chinese culture and Sino-African relations, and Sino-African cultural exchanges. |
