SHNU: SHNU Party Secretary Lu Jianfei was invited to meet president, vice president, and vice deputy director of International Affairs of UIUC (University of Illinois Urbana Champaign). Both SHNU and UIUC briefed on the introductions and strengths in disciplines development and discussed the possibility for the two universities to exchange on teachers, students and scientific cooperation. Founded in 1867, UIUC is a public research university ranking 15th among all the public universities of America. This September, UIUC founded a China Center in Shanghai which aims at spotting cooperation partners in Shanghai. |
