SHNU: On November 1st, National Academic Seminar on Nature of Jurisprudence was held in SHNU. More than 20 experts and scholars from Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shandong University, Jilin University, Zhejiang University, Nanjing University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China Academy of Social Sciences, China University of Political Law and Science, Southwest Law and Politics University, Southwest University of Finance and Economics, and Northwest University of Politics and Law.
As a fundamental discipline of law majors, jurisprudence has long been the kernel of courses system of legal education.
The basic natures of jurisprudence, framework system of jurisprudent concepts, directions offered to legal practices from jurisprudence and the relationship between jurisprudence and other laws.
