SHNU: In 2012, http://u.shnu.edu.cn, a new campus website of communications among SHNU students attracted one million clicks and boasted the number of active users of 18, 826 since last May.
SHNU Party Secretary Lu Jianfei hoped that this website could be a platform where students acquire about information, solve problems and receive service. By connecting with it, students could check the course arrangements and lectures. Also, various campus cultural contests are held between students, for example, webpage design contest and photography competition of beautiful campus scenes, etc.
It is noted that SHNU official APP Jiayou SHNU (Cheer Up) would enable students to browse the news and announcements, campus ID card, calendars and campus yellow page information, etc.
