SHNU:November of 2013 marks 90th anniversary of Chinese famous film director Xiejin’s birthday. To memorize this passionate artist for films, the first premiere of documentary Xiejin was held in SHNU. SHNU Vice Party Secretary Qin Liping, former SHNU President and also founder of Xiejin Film and Television Art College, Yang Deguang, and investors of the film were among the participants.
The film Xiejin reviewed the unremitting pursuit of his arts life and his comments from friends, relatives and students. It restaged his life trail towards success from his hometown Shangyu of Zhejiang Province to Shanghai where he works.
The film would be shown on Documentary Channel of CCTV (China Central Television), STV (Shanghai TV Station) and Zhejiang TV station since 20th of November.
