SHNU: Sponsored by SHNU College of Laws and Political Sciences, College of Laws of Central South University, and Research Center of Folk Laws and Legal Methods of Beijing Institute of Technology, the 9th National Seminar of National Common Law and Ethnic Habits Law was held on November 8th to 9th.
Themed Folk Laws and Modern Society, the seminar concerns study of folk laws and functions, association laws, enterprise and institution laws of contemporary China, rules and influence of contemporary Chinese religion, common laws and local autonomous relations, habits rights research, and Modern Dispute Settling Mechanism, etc.
It involved over 60 experts and scholars from 30 universities across China.
