SHNU: On September 2nd, the school-opening Ceremony of new academic year was held on Fengxian Campus, and was attended by over 5,100 freshmen. Followed by a solemn national anthem, SHNU president Zhang Minxuan delivered a welcome speech centering on the questions of what kind of university SHNU is and what kind of life students will live here. He encouraged students to find their interests and orientation and take SHNU as the starting point to realize their dreams. Military training would lift the curtain for SHNU freshmen, and other students will begin their classes from September 2nd. Early in the morning, SHNU leading authorities greeted teachers on their way to the classrooms. |
