SHNU: The first Asian City Forum was held in Seoul of South Korea, which was sponsored by SHNU Research Center of Urban Culture, Non-Verbal Material Research Center of Kanagawa University, and Urbanites Literature Research Institute of City University of Seoul. Themed A Review and Vision of Asian Urban Research, the forum involved scholars from China, Japan, South Korea and France, etc.
Professor Yang Jianlong from SHNU delivered a speech on the Urbanization of China and Urban Culture Research, in which he analyzed some problems and difficulties in the process of Chinese urbanization.
