SHNU: Recently, the Center for Chinese Studies of SHNU Confucius Institute of Fukuyama University has been established after Hanban’s approval. The center aims at pushing ahead the Chinese studies in order to promote Chinese language teaching and the exchange of Chinese and Japanese cultures The center also serves as a platform to attract talents in academic studies of China and Chinese culture. In the beginning of 2013, the Center has already held two seminars successively. Participants enthusiastically raised questions and had heated discussions. In the rest of the year of 2013, SHNU will further improve this platform so as to organize more activities in Chinese teaching, promote the understanding of the Chinese culture and other kinds of studies.(Translated by Feng Yunyun) |
