The 5th Shanghai Education Contest Final for Young Teachers in Shanghai was held at SHNU (also known as the 6th National Selection Contest of Education Contest for Young University Teachers) was held at SHNU from October 25th to 28th.
After rounds of selections, 248 young candidate teachers from 56 universities rivaled for the contest which falls into seven categories, including humanities, social sciences, political theories, natural sciences, application of natural science, medical science and career school education. Altogether 6 SHNU winners stood out: three first prize winners, one second prize winner and another two excellent prize winners.
Sponsored by Shanghai Workers’ Union, Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and SHNU, the contest aims at building moral concepts and enriching knowledge as well as shapimg values of students.
