The 2013 Shanghai Colleges and Universities Japanese Teachers’ Annual Meeting of Literary Translation was held in the Foreign Languages College of SHNU. About 50 translators of Japanese literary works from Shanghai Translator Association as well as Japanese teachers from over 20 colleges and universities attended the meeting. Associate professors, Yang Wenyu, from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Huang Chunyu, from Shanghai Ocean University, introduced their research results. Professor Zhang Jianhua from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, displayed his findings on the development and application of the Japanese learners’ corpus. And associate professors Cui Honghua and Zhang Hangping from the Foreign Languages College of SHNU reported their research results on Japanese language and literary works in the past years .
