[Dec. 25, 2012] With the appraisal and recommendation of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and the approval of Education Department of the country, Zhao Baoguo, a SHNU professor from Life and Environmental Science College, won the 2012 New Century Excellent Talents Support Program, with the financial support of ￥500,000 Yuan. The “New Century Excellent Talents Support Plan” is a special talent support program established by the Education Department of the country.
