SHNU Students and Teachers Enchanted by Excellent Performance of China National Symphony Orchestra

SHNU: On the evening of November 13, a concert given by China National Symphony Orchestra was held on Xuhui Campus. SHNU Party Secretary Lu Jianfei extended regards to the performers and watched the performance with nearly 900 students and teachers.

The Orchestra brought famous pieces like the first movement of Earth Requiem, violin concerto The Butterfly Lovers and Symphony No. Seven in A Major by Beethoven. All the audience was simply enchanted by both the classic music and the performers’ excellent playing skills. They also felt delighted in having a chance to listen to such a marvelous concert on campus.

This concert is a part of the serial activities of the 2012 “High Art into Campus” activity which is supported by Ministry of Education of China, Ministry of Culture of China and Ministry of Finance of China.
