SHNU: The opening ceremony of the Chinese Art Palace and Shanghai Museum of Contemporary Art was grandly presented on the evening of September 29 alongside the Expo Axis. 80 female students from the SHNU Xiejin Film and Television Art College took part in the performance.

Dressed in white classical costumes, the students played the Guqin (a seven-stringed plucked traditional Chinese instrument) under the Chinese Pavilion, looking like beautiful waves on the sea from afar.

It is reported that consul generals and directors from both Chinese and foreign museums spoke highly of the SHNU performers.
