SHNU: It is reported that Wang Xiaoting (under the guidance of SHNU professor Yang Qing), graduate student of SHNU Music College, won the “Special Prize for Best Art Interpretation” (Premio Speciale d’lnterpretazione) in the 18th Rolando Nicolosi International Vocal Competition (2012 Concorso Internzionale per Cantanti Lirici e Pianisti Collaboratori Rolando Nicolosi ). The 18th Rolando Nicolosi International Vocal Competition was held in Rome, Italy on July 22, which attracted 67 competitors from all around the world. 30 competitors passed the Preliminary and 10 of them were selected to take part in the final. Among the 10 competitors were two other SHNU graduate students, Li Yixiao and Si Wen, who also demonstrated their wonderful skills. |
