On October 19, the Academic Forum on Low-Altitude Economic Access and Continuous Safety Compliance and the Inauguration Ceremony of the Business and Law Research Center at Shanghai Normal University (hereinafter referred to as the Forum) was held at the conference center of SHNU. The forum was jointly organized by the Aviation Law Research Association of the China Law Society, the SHNU Business and Law Research Center, the SHNU School of Philosophy, Law and Political Science, and the Shanghai General Aviation Industry Association.
Over 100 representatives from various organizations attended the forum, including China Eastern Airlines Group Co., Ltd., the Shanghai General Aviation Industry Association, the Global Times Research Institute, Shanghai Law Journal, the Shanghai Law Society Aviation Law Research Association, Nanjing Tech University, East China University of Political Science and Law, Civil Aviation University of China, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, Fudan University, Tongji University, Shanghai Ocean University, Shanghai University of Sport, Changning District People's Court of Shanghai, Kunshan Municipal Transportation Bureau of Jiangsu Province, Shanghai Low-Altitude Economic Development Co., Ltd., China Aviation Materials Corporation, China Mobile, Meituan, Autoflight, Zhonglun Law Firm, and Tahota Law Firm, etc.
Deputy Principal Li Ye introduced a series of measures taken by Shanghai to promote the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy, as well as the city's unique advantages in terms of industrial chains, working mechanisms, and application scenarios within this field. From the perspective of urban governance, Li Ye pointed out that the low-altitude economy offers new solutions for smart city construction and advanced urban management.
Professor Liu Shengjun, Director of the Commercial Law Research Center, proposed the theme of this forum as Access and Continuous Safety Compliance in the Low-Altitude Economy. This topic addresses critical concerns in both society and the low-altitude economy sector. The forum emphasizes tackling real-world industry challenges, confronting the difficulties faced by the low-altitude economy industry, and addressing regulatory hurdles for the government. Through discussions, the forum aims to present issues, facilitate in-depth debates, and provide intellectual support to the low-altitude economy industry and government.
