SHNU: Recently, Professor Feng Jiqing from College of Music was invited by Shanghai Municipal Government to deliver a report for almost a hundred civil servants at the Shanghai Municipal Mansion.
Mr. Feng explained his understandings of songs and symphonies from angles of logic and creation with the theme of “Moral Quality of Leaders and Musical Cultivation”. By combining listening, analyzing, singing, and performing, Feng expressed the his that music not only serves as key element of fostering cultural quality, but also improves abilities of observation, leadership, and creativity.
In the last 30 years, Feng hosted over 1,600 music reports across China.
