SHNU: May 25th marked the beginning of the 8th “Love China” Summer Camp for University Students from HK, Macao and Taiwan in Shanghai Jiaotong University. Two SHNU students were among the participants.
Initiated in 2004, the summer camp has become a pioneer program of Shanghai Overseas Friendship Association. It aims at promoting HK, Macao and Taiwan students’ understandings of Chinese history and landscapes, and exchange life experiences. This year, the students campers would visit Qian Xuesheng Library, Maritime Museum, Qiandao Lake, and Tonglu National Forest Park, etc.
About 90 HK, Macao and Taiwan students were invited to the camp.
